CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Unfortunately it is not possible to make changes to your order once placed. Should you wish to add items to your order please place a new order. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Malton Shop for advice on 01653 692086 between 8am and 5pm 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday or email: email@example.com. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also of course return them to our store in Malton.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If not please follow our Returns Policy. George Woodall and Sons Limited will exchange or refund your purchase to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including bespoke bags, made-to-measure items, cut to order ropes and bags personalised with initials.
INCOMPLETE MISSING OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone: 01653 692086 between 8am and 5pm, 6 days a week Monday to Saturday. Please note damaged goods must be reported to George Woodall and Sons Limited within 24 hours of signing for goods.
If your order hasn’t arrived, or arrives incomplete, or if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time period, please email our Malton shop, or call us on 01653 692086 between 8am and 5pm 6 days a week Monday to Saturday.
If you’ve more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven’t received the entire order please email or call us as before.
If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, follow our Returns procedure or call us on 01653 692086. Please note damaged item(s) must be reported within 24hrs of signing for goods.
It is important that an unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. George Woodall and Sons Limited expect this to mean that you have kept all original packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
