Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return any items please send them to : George Woodall & Sons Ltd, 35 and 37 Market Place, Malton, North Yorkshire. YO17 7LP.  Always obtain proof of posting. We will process any returns as quickly as possible, usually within 30 days.  From time to time we may offer free returns, generally our policy is to charge for returns.  This policy helps us to offer merchandise at competitive prices.

Damaged Goods
Damage to any goods must be reported to George Woodall & Sons Ltd within 24 hours of signing for the item. email shop@gwoodall.co.uk or telephone: 01653 692086 Monday to Saturday 08:00am to 5:00pm

Products we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange
George Woodall and Sons Limited are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless unfit for purpose or not as described, on the following products:-

– Products which have been personalised for you e.g. bags, aprons

– Bespoke products such as boat covers and other made to measure items

We strive to be competitive and are therefore unable to refund or offer an exchange where merchandise has been specially ordered for you.  Cancellations for bespoke and specially ordered items can only be accepted within 48 hours of the order being placed.

It is important that an unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition.  George Woodall and Sons Limited expect this to mean that you have kept all original packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
